Family Therapy is the key to improving how your family communicates and functions as a system. Providing the support needed to learn how to treat the individuals that make up the unit, family therapy ensures that empathy and support are core to every session so that each member has the support they need moving forward. Creating stronger connections and a healthier more harmonious family (and home environment), family therapy addresses current (or past) issues and teaches the techniques you’ll need to handle future challenges. Identifying dysfunctional patterns allows your family to work as a team and become stronger together.

Acupuncture – Community and Individual

A form of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture stimulates the central nervous system and promotes the body’s natural self-healing process. Psychological Assessment

Psychological/Psychoeducational assessments can help to identify and/or clarify mental health diagnoses, guide treatment planning and/or to help provide accommodations that may be beneficial in occupational and/or academic settings. The assessment may focus on the child or adult’s emotional functioning, cognitive and academic functioning, or it may integrate findings in all of these areas to provide a comprehensive understanding of the ways in which an individual’s emotional, cognitive, and academic functioning may be impacting each other.
